LAV Filters are based on FFmpeg multimedia libraries. In order to have a nice audiovisual experience, choose a Real 4K UHD player is important for the HD TS, 1080P, 4K or 8K videos. If you just use the default media player to playback 4K video files, you might get the blurred video and even freeze. LAV Filters is an Open Source set of DirectShow filters, which allow you to play popular video and audio formats without having to install any other codec pack or additional codec or filter. Use FFmpeg to demux the video Base layer (BL), the video Enhancement layer (EL).
